			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Boro Construction has teamed with Senate Builders for the Construction of a new Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) for the New Jersey Army National Guard at Joint Base MDL, Lakehurst, New Jersey.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The project includes construction of a new complete and fully functional modern Army Aviation Complex where maintenance, flight operations, flight line services, administration, and both ground and aviation training are conducted.  The new facilities include hangar facilities, specialized work areas (such as:  allied shops, special tools room, repair parts room, accessory equipment storage, electronic security systems, contractor shop/storage, controlled waste handling facility, bulk POL storage and flammable/combustible storage), Administration Areas for flight operations and maintenance, Aviation Life Support Equipment, training areas, lockers, <a href="http://onlinepokiescasinos.com/">slots</a> toilet rooms and shower, and Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Telecommunications, Structural, Architectural, Site/Civil, and Fire Suppression support elements and equipment.  Additional components of the project include demolition of existing structures, pavements, demolition of portions of existing utilities, site preparation, earthwork, grading and stabilization, landscaping, fencing, sidewalks, loading area, drive-on/drive-off secondary containment area, paving for MV parking and maneuvering, aircraft parking and maneuvering, curbs, flexible paving for POV parking access roadways and maneuvering, exterior lighting, new utilities, stormwater management, a detached facility sign, and Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection measures.<strong></strong></p>
