This project represents the current stages of the US Dept of Agriculture upgrade of its laboratory facilities to undergo the new 21st Century research initiative into the identification and remediation of e-coli bacteria.  This facility remained 100% operational as Boro’s general, mechanical, and electrical forces demolished the constructed the new research facilities.
