This $16,951,564 project included the construction of a two-story brick and pre-cast concrete 80,000 square foot Operations Center and Headquarters for the 407th Air Force Air Mobility Command, including Auditorium, Flight Operations, Air Crew Lounges and Pilot Suites, Survival Training/Mach Decon Room, Life Support Storage Room, Survival Equipment Shops, Life Raft Staging, and Ready Rooms.  Site development work consisted of 2,500 Car Parking, Extensive re-routing of underground utilities, existing building demolition, and new roads.  The building has extensive high-end finishes including Anigre Paneling, Ornamental Metals, and Class-A Finishes, Limestone flooring, Carpeting, and Porcelain tile flooring and wall covering throughout.
