This project called for a six-story building with an underground parking garage.  The building had a structural steel skeleton with an architectural pre-cast concrete, granite, and glass curtain wall skin.  Interior finishes included Italian marble and milled cherry wood paneled courtrooms, Judges’ chambers, and law library.  It also had Federal prisoner temporary detention centers and a U.S. Marshall’s complex.

For this $27 million contract, Boro completed concrete foundations, slabs, masonry, carpentry, millwork installation, sprinkler, plumbing, and electrical systems with our own forces.  Boro was also fully responsible for coordination of all interlocking exterior wall system designs and construction.
